The Outer Banks Association of Realtors runs Outer Banks MLS system which is accessible only by members.  This website contains almost all of the properties actively for sale in Southern Shores that are listed with the MLS. This website was created to help people easily see what is actively for sale in the Southern Shores real estate marketplace. It was not created to deceive the public into thinking that this was the actual Outer Banks MLS system or the official Southern Shores MLS.
